My son and I attended a workshop at the Young Agency and it was very informative. We are new to the modeling/acting industry and we learned a lot of helpful tips to give us the best opportunity for success. They were very down to earth and engaged well with the youth. Definitely beneficial. Thank you!!

I recently signed with The Young Agency and everyone I have encountered within the agency has been so helpful and amazing. They send out 2-3 modeling/acting roles for you to sign up for a day. They are always very fast at responding to any concerns you may have! I recently had my first modeling photo shoot and it was very well scheduled with my casting agent. If you are a new aspiring model or actor wanting to find a reliable and professional agency that cares for you, The Young Agency is just that! I have loved being apart of an agency who genuinely is working to see you thrive!

The modeling workshop with The Young Agency was wonderful! We covered both the basics and advanced details of modeling. Everyone in attendance was excited about the opportunity. We also did some runway and posing practice, which was very beneficial. The Young Agency is helping me become a better model.

My daughter participated in their Kids & Teen Fashion Show fundraiser event July 2024 to help raise money for Make-A-Wish Foundation. I thought that this would be a fun experience for my daughter and it has been anything but.
-The kids had 3 practices for the show and every rehearsal was inconsistent on what they were doing and what would be expected at the actually show.
-My daughters name was spelt incorrectly in the program and we were told it was our fault for never reviewing the list at each rehearsal. However at each rehearsal we verbally checked in so there was never a list to check.
-The fashion show consisted of 3 segments. A This is Me, A Designer look, & the finale. My daughter's "designer" look was thrown together last minute because they didn't have an outfit put together ahead of time that would fit her. Despite asking several times what she would be wearing, we never got a clear answer. She was able to tell us all the accessories she would have available for her to wear.
-A parent was required to attend the show which was a $50 ticket. Due to the high ticket cost I opted to not invite family, but purchase the video to share with friends and family. We were told that professional photographers and vidoegraphers would be at the event. The additional video cost was $200. Upon completing the video purchase request form there was no information provided to parents as far as how the video would be received and timeline for completion. I made several attempts over the last 2 months to speak with someone about the status of this video. I left multiple voice messages with Bernadette and sent email's and it was about 4 weeks before I received a reply. They responded with since the fashion show was over they don't check that e-mail anymore, but failed to provide parents with any alternate form of communication. They did acknowledge that this videographer had dropped the ball and this was taking longer than they anticipated, hearing my frustration they did refund half my money. Despite knowing that the video was taking longer than expected they never once thought it would be courteous to reach out to parents letting them know the status. October 24 we FINALLY received the video via email, via Youtube and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. There were 3 different segments that my child participated in and the video showed my child for 1 segment for maybe 2 seconds. Meanwhile there were other children that were highlighted several different times in the video. The video itself was only 8 minutes long and was blurry. I waited 2.5 months for nothing, I spent $200 for nothing. There is literally nothing for me to be able to share with friends and family. The professionalism and quality of this event and video is not something that I would expect from a so called established agency and who was celebrating their 10th fashion show.
I find the lack of communication regarding rehearsals, expectations for the day of the event, and video is atrocious. We will never participate in this event again, and I would discourage anyone wanting to connect this agency.

This place is a scam. They are petty, due to them blocking the contract they sent to me multiple times after declining a deal that does not mention the client or the talent. They mention 5 ways of how you can pay this agency that has videos of children pageantry. I am a Voice actor and this Agency is a scam. Do the research and Avoid them. There are other professional agencies that will show you the "night and day" difference in professionalism. If this hurts them, so be it. This is meant to expose horrid businesses.

Over the years it has been nothing but a pleasure working with the Young Agency. They have been supportive, professional and very personable with regards to my daughter’s modeling career. They have been able to not only capture her beauty and growth as a child but also the pure essence of her natural talent and her love of being photographed. The Young Agency has continuously highlighted my daughter and her recent achievements; including being a current titleholder of the international reigning queen. The Young Agency booked my daughter’s first paid modeling job at just 3 years of age which ultimately led her to be a model for a National Kids Magazine. She later auditioned and was selected to wear “Rich Casuals” toddler gown in the 2022 Kids Teen Fashion Week and strut the runway as the youngest model in the show! My family and I are extremely thankful for the opportunity the Young Agency has provided to her. Ever since her walk in the show my daughter has embraced her love for the runway and networked with designers and producers in the industry. My princess later went on to walk in New York Fashion Week, Las Vegas Fashion Week and many other fashion shows at the young age of 4. Most recently she was booked, by the YA, for a third time for an early learning children’s app that helps young children learn to read in a fun and interactive way. My daughter loves and truly enjoys modeling, acting and performing!! Thank you Young Agency for all the opportunities that you have provided for our little girl. We are excited to see what the future has in store.
