Just close the online shop if nobody runs it. I tried to get a gift card, paid for it, and was never sent anything. I tried emailing three times. Tried calling any number I could find, but all were disconnected. Reached out via Facebook and they literally left me on READ, real slap in the face. Did a chargeback. The store looks cool and I'd like to visit it when I'm over there, but c'mon, why have the online shop if you're just taking money and ingoring the orders.

I ordered a record online last week, a vinyl Danzig record and paid through Paypal. Was excited about the look of the store and the idea of a volunteer operation. Unfortunately I got no response back from them for over a week and had reached out via email three times but no luck. After a week of no responses, and all their phone numbers listed are disconnected, I gave up and had to reach out to Paypal for a refund and cancel my order. Cannot recommend a store that won't communicate and is run by volunteers. Won't be back.

I always feel good after shopping at this place. Its a non profit and they rep the youths and their punk while also stocking all kinds of other great (non punk) records too. They buy records as well and are very fair with the prices they give. So glad they exist. Go over and support this place!

One of the coolest record stores I've been to. If you are into punk, goth, alternative and rock, this is the store for you. Their punk and alternative collections are second to none. The majority of used records are in the VG, VG+ and NM values Their prices are about average too. $8 to $15 for used LPs and $25+ for new record. The people at the counter are pretty friendly and hip. I've found some great copies of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Misfits, and the Descendants. I also found a couple of great Joy Division LPs. If you want to catch the vibe, head down to this cool jiving record store and bring your mohawk with you.
