If I could give no stars I would. Dealing with Ticketmaster was a complete nightmare. Someone from the Philippines tried to help me and he was no help at all. My credit card ended up being charged twice and I still have no tickets. Beware—if you go through Ticketmaster.

I purchased 4 tickets to National Championship game between Alabama and Georgia on the fifty yard line on 1/4/18, seats 1-4 on row 31, then on 1/5/18 four seats next to the one I purchased and 4 seats 5-8 were left at a higher price than the original seats I purchased. I had a need for 2 more seats so I purchased 2 more seats and specified 5-6. After my purchase I received seats 7-8. I called Ticket Master and the man was rude and said I did not have a choice I got what they decided within the range. My first time and last time to ever purchase anything from Ticketmaster. I have used Stub-hub and Vivid and others and never had this kind of problem. This was important to me since I was purchasing these for my grandchildren.

If I could give no stars, I would.
Terrible service, just not working.
Security setup is ridiculous, performance is just zero out of ten. Unfortunately there is no choice for most of the live shows in the area.
I would love to avoid using this “service”

Got my tickets but customer service sucks. Only take emails then take weeks to reply. I didn't get a reply til after the event and still haven't received my promotional gear.
