I signed on with Elton Bolden at Tilmar Talent about a year ago, and I have been astonished at how many auditions he has gotten me.
And, these have all been very legit, high caliber productions and casting directors that have seen me because of him.
In such a short amount of time he has gotten me auditions for network series regulars, major studio films, and national campaign commercials.
Since Elton began representing me, I have been getting auditions and callbacks multiple times from the same casting directors.
This is evidence that we have been building a good rapport with them.
I have been seen by many casting directors that I have never been selected by before.
That is a testament to the trust that they have in Elton's submissions.
It is quite obvious to me that he has a great name in the industry, and I am so happy to be a part of his client list, because of this.
Not to mention, he is just a genuine and good person, who treats his clients like family.

Tilmar Talent is a boutique agency with access to A+ auditions.

Elton runs the agency. His demeanor is personable and doesn't make you feel like you're inconveniencing him...a diamond in the rough in the entertainment industry! He cares about his clients and you feel rest-assured that he's working hard to get you auditions or flesh out that contract.

Definitely worth investigating if you're exploring agencies. In this field your antennas can be on high alert for scams & legitimately, but I've never felt anything but comfortable at Tilmar and they have secured me many prestigious auditions over the years.

We always communicate with each other, I consider Elton a good friend. He works hard for you and help you to get the right Photos.
