Big changes are coming
June 2017: I've been coming to Tower Park as a boater ever since I can remember. I watched the place go downhill over recent years. Already, it's clear that the new owners are cleaning the place up and adding new things. I'm excited to learn about the new owners and the big changes they have planned. My understanding is that there will be loads of new facilities coming together by the end of 2018. I'll revisit and update my review a year or so from now.

We’ve been coming here for years before it was Jellystone whatever. There used to be easy access to the marina for pedestrians, with walkways up. They’ve since removed the walkways and roped them off in an effort to rent out their golf carts. Diabolical. My grandmother is 83 years old and has trouble walking. This is so wrong.
Also their website says that pontoon rentals are $150, I assume there would be a deposit, typically $500. That’s fine. They wanted $1,700 for 8hrs! Outrageous! I’ve rented boats all over California, and up to Washington. Never have I payed that much.

Love this place, they have everything! If you're a boat enthusiast, ride motorcycles, are looking for a fun place to camp with the kids, or want a unique spot for dinner on the River you can find it all here. They have a gas dock, and mini mart as well. Friendly staff, and really tasty food at the Grill. Plus, the friendliest Bears outside of Yellowstone!

We only spent one night there but it was a painless night. No drama, no issues, everything was as we expected. This is nice nice park and we will return. The restaurant is nice and their prices are about what you expect ot find at a resort on the water. The store is great. The pools are wonderful, although, the adult pool was closed when we were there we had to tolerate a million kids.

The only complaint I have, and this could be a deal breaker in the future, is their Internet offering. It was slow, sluggish, and had very very tight throttling. You wouldn't want to stay here is you were dependent on Internet tools for anything.
