We went to see NKOTB on one of the hottest days of the year, and it really wasn't that bad.

The concert was great for our daughters 1st big concert. They had soft serve in pouches, pretzels, and lemonade.

Bathrooms were clean, and the venue overall was very clean. Parking was free, and getting in and out of the parking lot was easy.

Great place to see a concert!👍

Attended the Out Law Concert and saw Willie Nelson on August 3rd, 2024.

The amphitheatre is getting a little run down, the large screens need updating, seats are broken and missing drink holders.

Sound quality was good for an out door concert but it definitely wasn't 📢🔊. Comparing it to the newer concert venues it needs some upgrades.

Summer heat was really bad for many people. Heat strokes and alcohol/🔥 mixed with sun. I witnessed ambulance 🚑/medics help 4 people in a 30 min window . Very sad and they were elderly.

If you plan on taking a family member to see a Great icon like Willie Nelson do not take them in Summer time weather to this venue. I'm just being honest and it made us very sad to see people falling/collapsing.

The fans were great! Service was good, food lines were not to long, and several bars available.

If you like the out door concert vide this venue is for you.

✌️ Peace
Sincerely

Toyota Amphitheater knows how to put on a show! Saw Creed and they were amazing!

The security lines to get in were fast and efficient. The staff were nice.

If you are sitting on the lawn you have to get a blanket or those rental chairs to save your space. Otherwise people push you out of where you had picked.

I have been to a view concert halls in my time, and have never spent $21 on a can of beer. I hope this was the best can of beer my husband has ever had, because those costs are insane. I advise getting dinner outside of the venue upon entering if this is something important to you.
While there are signs that say you can't smoke, be aware that these policies are not enforced
Upon exiting the venue, a security guard was chasing off a possibly unlicensed sausage peddler, which was swiftly replaced by army of 7 more carts wielding hundreds of hot dogs to feed the inebriated masses.
The parking to get in was smooth and quick. The parking to get OUT was akin to the Thunder Dome.
People were cutting down fences and Pulling out posts to make more exits for vehicles. Fortunately for us, we were parked close to an exit and didn't spend too much time sitting in gridlocked mayhem.

Love the wide open space and the pit is good. But lack of infrastructure means heavy traffic in and out. Count on up to 2 hours to leave the lot. Live Nation runs the joint all the way down to their cocktails. 3-4 drinks is is about $100.

Been here back in 2017 and since then I’ve read nothing but horrible reviews about parking and how the heat is horrible well here is my honest review. Came for Kenny Chesney and Megan Moroney on Thursday 7/18 and it was such a great experience. Keep in mind we prepared way ahead of time since we had meet and greets for Megan. I followed the amphitheater Facebook page and kept up with any notifications both text and Facebook. They post what time everything opens and the schedule was exactly as is. They advise to arrive early so you cannot complain if you don’t follow their instructions. Parking opens at 4:30 and they say do no arrive early. We left hotel at 4:20 and got in and parked at 4:55. Made it to gate at 5pm for meet and greet. Got in the parking super quick coming from Yuba and had no wait in line as others have mentioned. Again, drove south on Forty Mile Rd, those driving north coming from Sac may have a different experience. Once parked it was a long walk to gate but you can take your own water bottle as long as it isn’t opened! Kept ours in ice chest until we decided to walk to gate. Ticket takers were nice and security was a breeze (follow instruction especially clear bag policy). Once inside there was a little splash pad to get wet and local sponsors and radio stations handing out cooling towels and other cooling fans. Merch line was long but went by quick! So many options for drinks and food and love that there are food trucks offering variety. The tipsy grilled cheese truck was amazing. There are tons of shaded areas just have to walk around and find the best one. Seats in 201 have good shade once 6:30 hit and show started promptly on time. I liked that there were beer ushers walking around. Only suggestion would be to take cash because not everyone wants to use card. Leaving the parking lot on the other hand did take a minute but you have to be courteous to other drivers in order to make it go by smooth. Did take about an hour to exit but once out it was a breeze getting to the hotel. Other reviews may just be from upset people in the moment but otherwise this was a great concert and a perfectly ran venue!

Suggestions: take cash, don’t do alcohol wristbands if every booth is still going to card you it’s pointless

Very mediocre venue. This place is out in the middle of nowhere. Even an hour after the show’s start time, we had to wait in a line of cars to even park. Who thought of that? We had to drive 2.5hrs from San Francisco to get here, the venue couldn’t have been built closer to Sacramento? It makes no sense. Then, most of the venue’s tickets are for yard space which is not well maintained. Got bit up by ants. I commend them for allowing us to bring in waters because of the heat but having the staff work in that heat is miserable too. The one good thing about this venue is the price of food and drink, it seemed very appropriate — refillable soda for $10. I wouldn’t really recommend willingly coming here for a concert but if it’s the only option then that is what you’ll have to deal with.

I saw Noah Kahan here and it was fantastic! The amphitheater itself is very large and entertaining. I especially loved the splash pad

My only issue was that a free soda is promised on the website to designated drivers but they would not give me one because "only CHP can do that and he's not here right now." Don't promise it on your website if you can't follow through
