Erik Eldenius, drummer, engineer and Twin Pines studio owner is every song writer, and artists dream in the studio. He usually nails his drum track in one take. I couldn’t be happier with how he elevated my songs. His drum sounds are as good as you can get. And along with his engineering and editing skills, is a kindness, and concern to make your song the best it can be. He’s a song guy! There is a reason Erik has been playing drums for many years throughout the world with rock icon Billy Idol!

I have used Twin Pines for my latest album and I have to say the sound is immaculate. The drum sound in particular is second to none. Erik has dialed the studio in to produce one of the tightest, punchiest drum sounds I've ever had. This is THE place if you’re looking to escape city life and find peaceful, inspiring vibes to fuel your next recording. Erik’s studio is set up in such a way that you forget about time and outside pressures and just get lost in the passion of making music. Erik is not only an amazing touring drummer, but also a multi instrumentalist/producer/engineer with a great ear for tone and arrangements. Wether it’s a singer-songwriter or full band, his studio has all you need to track your next record, and with the added bonus of being located in the middle of a beautiful little mountain town with lots of hiking trails and scenic views just outside the door. Highly recommended!

A peaceful and creative space up in the beautiful local Southern Californian mountains. Erik’s Twin Pines Studio delivers excellent sonic quality as well as exceptional vibes. I always come back to LA feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after spending a couple or a few days up there. Erik has good taste and knows how to get good sounds. And he knows his way around a barbecue grill for good measure.
