Upward is all around amazing with a positive environment, I have been involved in fitness plans with them in the past and currently Pickleball! I have enjoyed private pickleball lessons and league play! Erik is hands down amazing and so are the members! Come see for yourself! You will love it!

I’m always so excited to share with others how much this place has to offer! We’ve had birthday parties here, playdates with friends at the ninja gym but our favorite learning to play pickleball in a positive encouraging atmosphere. Family friendly fun for all ages!

Upward is a wonderful gym for all ages and activity levels. My kids LOVE Upward Ninja classes. They look forward to their time at the gym each week. Upward Pickleball is inviting and welcoming to all participants. I’ve loved participating in the leagues and attending Open Gym times. I can’t recommend Upward enough!

Erik and the crew at Upward are great. I love the fitness program and community there. I started with the pickleball leagues and have been enjoying my time in the functional fitness training community. They're friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The classes have variety and flexible scheduling. I'm more fit than I was before I started and that's the goal.

I was reluctant to pick up pickleball due to not having had any previous sports experience. Upward Pickleball is extremely beginner friendly with a time carved out just for beginners to play with other beginners. The gym is very nice and welcoming starting with the facilities and ending with the amazing community of people. You couldn’t ask for a better place to spend your free time.

I moved out to Siloam in December of 2023 and started playing in the leagues that were put on here. Little did I know I would become so close to so many people here. Erik and Sarai and some of the most down to earth people you will ever meet! Upward Pickleball is filled with all levels of competition whether you are brand new to pickleball or a seasoned player, you will find a group/players to challenge yourself. This is the best gym that I have had the opportunity to join!
