I loved this place , they had a 5 for 20$ Deal!!
I made the mistake of picking a CD that I didn’t ended up liking once I listened to it in the car and the Owner had no trouble exchanging it for me.

Highly recommend it for their huge selection of Vinyl and CD. I must have spent around 3 hours here, so good!

Was really looking forward to visiting here after moving across the country. I think I was spoiled by my previous record store in that their inventory had over 100,000 records, sorted their inventory by genre, and had dividers for most every artist; The ones that weren’t popular were filed under the first letter of their band name/artist last name.

I read previous reviews of the store before writing anything myself and they have reviews from over five years ago with the same critique and yet no sort of improvement.

Organizing over 25,000 records is a daunting task, but by doing so they’d have more avid record collectors shopping at their location.

Unfortunately I won’t be visiting again myself, but I’ll refer casual collectors to them if they ask.

I'm not sure I can say how much I love Vertical House. My husband and I have been collecting records for several years now and Andy was the first person we became friends with from visiting Vertical House. Him and Ashley are such people and I hope they are around forever!

So hard to find a really good old school record store nowadays. This one is tucked in the back of Lowe Mill, so I would never have found it without my Gen Z daughter. ? Great location, tons of albums, and a few turntables, speakers, etc. wonderful shop for respecters of vinyl.

Wonderful staff who were extremely helpful and accommodating, and their prices were very reasonable. I ended up purchasing more than I expected to but I'm glad I did.

Go up
