Vinyl Junkies is overall a great place to check out, even if I have a couple complaints.

Prices on new and used stuff is not really that great, but every now and then I find a really great deal for something used or if it’s an older pressing. The staff is very nice and are glad to help you find anything.

The back room is not that well organized as I found a lot of records in strange places.

If you are looking for modern popular music though, this is definitely a great place to look because their catalog on newer records is quite good.

They also offer to get records you are looking for shipped there which is always great.

If you’re a vinyl collector I still recommend this place, even if it’s on the more expensive side.

Ordered a rare pre-owned vinyl from Vinyl Junkies to the UK . Arrived incredibly fast (6 days!) and in a very good condition, as described. I also had the pleasure of briefly chatting with Jules over email and I must say great communication (just what one needs when making an international order from an unfamiliar store). With that in mind, the item was slightly overpriced- but customer service 10/10. Will be coming back

Friendly and welcoming service. Well sorted vinyls in awesome atmosphere. The music played was great. They have an outdoor lounging area where you can hangout at.
Little small details make it a good place to come check out.

Places like this are treasures to a culture that is rapidly disappearing: vinyl records. Not only are they at the heart of a threatened art form: the record cover. CDs already were an insufficient medium with theirflimsy small covers inside a typically scratched and cracked plastic casing. Now with streamlng services and mp3 cover art has almost disappeared completely. Flipping through the record covers in a store or at a friends place was a way how we discovered pop culture. Yes, Spotify and the likes are practical, available wherever your phone has reception, but lack soul and all the sensual things connected with a vinyl album. The smell, the looks. Even the crackling of your favorite song. A record is alive. An .mp3 file is, well…. A file. A piece of data in a storage medium, invisible, barely existing. Erased with a small command. Visit Vinyl Junkies to get a feel for what we lost to convenience. Five stars! No doubt!
