Downtown Lodi can be better if no buses dropped bunch of unknown people here. Homeless people yelled & screamed now & then. Empty nice upstairs offices for leasing.

Lodi, Lodi,Lodi! It’s all really empty. But it’s still a cute and clean tiny town and probably is nice for a morning walk. No homeless would survive here.

Cute little Visitor Center. Their employee was watching TV on their tablet when we walked in but that's fine because we were just looking at the postcards. Their selection of city merch is very small and the majority was wine, which I get, but none of it actually promoted any specific wineries or specialties. It all just said "wine". If you're looking for postcards, they have them for $1 each. Their employee was nice, just a little awkward. Probably because we interrupted whatever they were watching lol

Lodi is an up and coming wine appellation. Some wines, are,as good,as found in Napa it at a third the price. Very nice reasonably priced restaraunts in town. Lodi is small and easily doable in a day.

Very unfriendly staff not knowledgeable of the winery We were they for the wine and chocolate event. I was told by the lady there that she worked seven days a week no time for the local winery. But could see me tickets and they have no public restrooms they cannot afford someone to clean them. Did not represent Lodi well.
