I don’t know how these people at the Pharmacy are still employed which is very concerning to me. They’re giving people the run around and playing with peoples lives including my mom who is trying to get her perscription! I hope these people get fired for their carelessness and lying! Why would they say something and promise it knowing that the customer is trusting their word and at the next very moment they act like they didn’t say anything! Why would you do that to someone? You’re supposed to help and provide the needed medicine for someone who needs it for their health, otherwise why are you working at a PHARMACY!?!

What are they even doing if they’re not helping? Full of rotten people. I never write any reviews but I decided to speak up because my family is important to me. I gave one star because I had to, it won’t let me put anything below that. Stay away from this Walgreens!

I came here because I needed a vaccine. As I arrived at the (check in) area Carlos was very unhelpful. He wasn't even acknowledging me AT ALL. He was helping his co-workers and answering calls as well.Like if I wasn’t there. Eric (A Pharmacist) was near and he acknowledge me very friendly and said if I needed something or if I was being helped. It took Carlos 12 minutes to just simply give me some papers. He has no customer service skills!!!!!!.

Closes the store early without a sign. I tried to call but no one answered. If it was staffing, crime, POS issues I’d understand but when there is nothing to go off of I’m just assuming the manager on duty just doesn’t want to do their job and closes when they please.

A concerning service and a terrible shopping experience. The product labels clearly display the prices and cash rewards, and I follow the requirements to make my purchases, yet I never receive the cash rewards I am entitled to. They always claim that the machine is broken. This has happened to me several times already.

Delivery services were completely nice and timely. I had 3 so far delivered to me and all of them were so nice.

When to try and pick up my meds and I was only 2 minutes there after closing yet the window to pharmacy. Met by a woman named Destiny saying it was closed. Wanted to take a picture of the window open and people still being helped yet she told me it was closed. Got in my car and drive thru still had 4 cars waiting in line to get their meds. Yet this freaking witch could do be a favor of letting me get my meds that I need.

After waiting 30 minutes in line, I was told that I can “come back in 20 minutes and pick it up”. A common refrain here.

My doctor faxed the prescription order three days ago.

I hate this place.

Basically you wait 30 minutes to get to the window where they tell you they’ll have it ready in 20 minutes so you just drive back to the back of the line and wait for another 30 minutes.

Every time I come to the pharmacy there’s this lady ( Spanish /Mexican/ Latin decent ) and she has got the worst attitude. She usually works the registration side ( which is the side she was on tonight at around 7pm , she took a break after helping me ) but it never fails every time I walk up I say hello she’s just rude, will roll her eyes, is the least bit friendly , and if you go in there with a good mood, rest assured she will have you leaving in a bad one . I just had enough of her sour attitude.
