The 5 Star is for Jesse on the picture I included, everytime I come here which is rare he helps me find help. The help button kept getting ignored and when Jesse finally able to get me help the women always looked grumpy and seemed to be bothered by Clients asking for help. The women employees seemed to be just good communicators with other employees and not with the Clients. Let’s not normalize the fact that it is okay for Walmart employees to constantly talking to each other and not paying attention to clients. The men however are helpful most specially Jesse. I come here because of the proximity to my house and competitive prices.

Guy at the exit followed me out to ask for a receipt. I had a big bag of cat food and a gallon of milk in my hands. My receipt was in my pocket. As he followed me out and stopped me, he asked for a receipt and when i told him i had one and it was in my pocket, he made me put down all my items on the floor and take out the receipt. I took out the receipt from my pocket and he DID NOT look at it. I went to hand it to him and he said “i don’t need it” Ok? so you followed me out, demanded to see my receipt, made me put my items on the dirty floor, just for him not to look at my receipt He was so rude and made a scene all for nothing. He didn’t even highlight my receipt. I understand that walmart has a receipt system like costco, but the employee should be at the door and ready to ask for a receipt, not on the side talking to coworkers and when you pass them and they have to chase you out and demand for a receipt outside. Rude and Unprofessional. Wasted my time.

Walmart's store pick-up system is very stupid. It doesn't account for people coming in early to pick up their item. The thing is, I made an order at 5:00 PM yesterday, and at least expected to the online order to be ready by the next morning (normally it takes 1-2 hours after placing the order). I get it's the holiday season, and online orders will be more prevalent than usual, but you can't be that backed up to not reach my order by next morning? I tried to time my oil change to when I thought the order would be ready, which is 8:30 - 9:30 AM. I'm not doing curbside pickup, so I don't need to have it ready by 11:00 AM.

After dropping off my car at the oil change center, I went over to the store pickup center and asked the lady if I could have them fulfill and pick my order since I'm already here. They still couldn't do that because my order is in a "timeline"? So they can't go out of order and just fulfill my order? Other customers, when they receive their email to pick up their order, they may not pick up their item in the same order the item was in their "timeline"; they might pick it up the next day. Why not just fulfill my order since I'm here? Wouldn't it be better customer service if they just done that for me?

If I knew that they would pull this BS, I would have stayed at home until the stupid order was fulfilled.

One star as one employee made it bad. We were looking at some Christmas lights back in the lawn and garden area. They had a few flat carts with items kinda blocking us but we were getting around them. Then this worker comes and yells at us saying we were not allowed where we were. Now this was not behind a register or an area that was marked of in any way. They just had a bunch crap blocking the lights and blowups. She was so rude to my daughter was just looking at the blowups as we were less than 3 feet away looking at lights. If they don’t want customers to buy those items then put up a sign. I got a picture of her.

The absolute worst Walmart I've ever been to.. and good luck asking for the manager! He was a complete, incompetent jerk!!! I literally walked out crying! Will never go here again!! Went to Safeway today and couldn't be more happier!! This is a pic of the original person who went out of her way to stop me from checking out at the self checkout when there was no one else in sight. She said I had more than 10 items.. and I tried to point out that it was only because I had multiple body armor drinks but it was the same item. Beings this was the only reason I asked to speak to the manager hoping he would listen but instead he rushed over and yelled at me that he is going to stop this transaction.. never hearing a word I said!!! I was made to go stand in the ONLY line open and 35 mins later I completed my transaction.. all bc I had 14 items, but 4 were the same drink?!!! How absurd it is that this woman would make such a big deal over NOTHING!! And how the manager "dealt" aka NOT DEALT with the situation. To have said, Yes we are strict on 10 items and although you only have 14 you may not use these registers..... would have been fine! But to come over and yell at me while I'm trying to purchase a cpl groceries while I'm 3000 miles away from home serving this city as a first responder.. well I just don't think this was fair or understandable whatsoever. I am still bothered by this a week later!!!! I tried to call the customer service line and make a report, which was successful.. however she said I'd get a call back which I haven't received. I think I'm done with WALMART for life!!

I understand why items are locked up behind glass, but almost every employee says they don't have keys and passes off responsibility to some vague department employee that apparently is the only one with a key. Even the manager just said so and so has it and walked away. If they want to keep this locked up thing going, they really need to give everyone master keys.

This is a decent place to shop. You'll find all the usual grocery items here except produce. They have a good selection of packaged and canned goods, and household supplies. They should add a produce section.
