Great experience. Crew was very friendly and respectful. They worked thru every step of the foundation repaired with expertise. Responded to all questions with professionalism. Have worked in and been around construction all my life and there has been no greater experience. Job was done to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. Would highly recommend WC Foundation Experts to anyone needing this type of work. Last of all I feel that the pricing was in line with work done. The Wells Captial crew did a great job lifting my foundation. They were friendly and courteous. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job a little ahead of schedule. They did more than I was expecting making it look much better than before they started, and they cleaned up after themselves. There were several changes on starting time for my job because of other appointments that I had with it being right at Thanksgiving time. Cydney kept me up to date on when the crew would be starting the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation work.

We were buying a house in the area from 5 states away and we had some concerns about the foundation after the results of the home inspection. Ryan was able to respond to the property in a couple of days and provided a detailed report with photos documenting the results of his analysis. Very friendly over the phone and easy to work with. And yes, those free estimates are actually free. Thanks for the great service!

Completed nearly a full foundation replacement underneath our house. The whole crew was very respectful and kept us informed every step of the way. Our floors have never felt so solid. They also noticed a water leak that could have costed us even more money in the long run if not noticed. They even came back to check how things were doing after the job was completed. Above and beyond. Would give them 10 stars if I could. My husband and I are extremely thankful.

Wells Capital came to my house and made the wife and I more secure and safer by securing our floors. They are an amazing company, they are very professional and cleaned up like they weren't even here 10 stars, I will defiantly hire for more extensive work

Ryan and his crew did an incredible job on our crawl space. Even in a tight environment they knocked it out of the park. Showed up on time, and always had a full crew. Couldn’t ask for a better group of guys for this project. They were very informative and you can tell by their work that they have tons of experience. Even made us a new crawl space door for free. Another edit to respond to company: I'm not sure how you can state it was a misunderstanding. I called for you guys to fix my wall and find out what was causing it. How can you diagnose what is causing a wall to bow out without even looking in the crawlspace, let alone a list of materials you'll need. Would you not be going under the house to fix the problem? I did not need to specify this for the other companies I had come and quote for me. Lastly to clarify, the follow-up call is when I was antagonized and initially left a review. After which Ryan offered me a reinspection and a vapor barrier to change my review. I do believe it was Ryan himself that did the "inspection" the first time which was just pulling up taking two photos and giving me a material list. I had them come to do an inspection to fix a wall bowing out. He came and took a few pictures and drew up a diagram, and was done within 10 minutes. Did not do any additional work to diagnose the actual problem, nor did he even go into the crawlspace to inspect. However, it was quoted just under 10k for 6 pushpiers. I recommend getting a structural engineer report before asking them to do any work or they'll just try to sell to you. Edit: I recieved a call this morning from Ryan asking me to remove my review. He apparently assumed I didn't want them to look under the house incase I wanted to sell the house and feign ignorance on problems. He offered to come do another inspection and throw in a free vapor barrier, but I don't even trust their reviews now. I ended up getting a report and several other inspections from other foundation companies, all of which went into the crawlspace to inspect and found the root of my problem instead of the bandaid fix.

I had an excellent experience with Wells Capital. Ryan did a great job setting expectations then the crew delivered. Very professional and transparent. Competitive pricing but worth every penny. My crawl space is encapsulated and I’m no longer smelling musty smells in my home!!! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
