I initially ordered a pickguard from them, which upon receiving noticed a screw hole was off from their original model notes. I presume the make of guitar had made some changes resulting in different screw hole placements. I emailed them and they had me send in my original for a custom tracing/copy. The new one looks great and fit perfectly. Dylan didn't hesitate to make things right. I would gladly order from them again!

We took a old Rogue that my girlfriends nephew found to the shop, they put new strings, new nut and tuning pegs on it it sounds as good as my Kay or her Taylor , totally amazing.

Pickguard arrive with a gouge in it. No damage to packaging bag or delivery box it came in. Itvwas clearly damaged befor packaging. The plastic protective coating was covered with pieces of some kind of debris. It was clearly just cut on the machine and thrown in a bag. No clean up or inspection. Take your money and ship. No reply to my emails. I would never buy from this place again.

Had a tough time finding a tortoise shell pickguard for my 2014 SG Standard. WD had a nice selection of custom colors and graphics. Reasonably priced, shipped fast, and most importantly - looks great and fits perfectly

I ordered a pickguard and a backplate from WD Music, and got shipped a color I didn’t ask for. When I reached out, Dylan from WD proceeded to dismiss my disappointment and effectively told me to kick rocks, when all I wanted was a replacement. He reluctantly offered a discount code for a replacement but then never sent it (lol). I then had to go through PayPal to just get my money back because he wasn’t responding neither by email or phone. Honestly, it is absolutely insane that, in today’s age, I had to fight this much. Customer service should be absolutely paramount, not optional. Please be aware that if you order anything from this company, you will not be respected as a customer at any point of the transaction, I’m really not joking.

Quality is often questionable and custom pick guards have been made incorrectly. Customer service is very poor and they make you jump through hoops for everything. I have been a repeat customer with them several times and the larger my investment, the poorer the experience. I am now finished being a customer and encourage you to consider your options before spending your money here.

Horrible customer service.. Called several times and didn’t get an answered. Figured they were busy. Front desk guy was just chilling there doing nothing.. when I explained the work I wanted done he looked annoyed. He never asked any questions or offered any options. When he had me walk over to look the pickguard choices, he just wanted to pick one, pay, and get out. I ended up ordering a pickguard online which just happened to be through them anyway.. pid it like 3 weeks ago and it STILL hasn’t shipped. Even though they seem to have like 50+ options of the very same pickguard. You’re better off ordering from another shop or fender themselves. It’s worth the care they have for the customer
