It was fun to stop in at the Fair. It was a smaller Fair but there were a few food trucks and cute local items for sale. Free parking on the street. Paid parking on the grounds for $5.

The Kenai Peninsula fair this year is small (e.g., about three food options). Parking is $5 and entry is $10. Pig race is fun but might as well only bet in the last round when the odds to win are 50-50. The prize you win looks like a consolation prize that you should get for losing...

Reminded me of the 60's, and for a brief while it was "the old days" again. I loved it.

We went for the rodeo games, barrel racing, poles and key hole. Grounds were in good shape plenty of parking. Felt they could have moved the kids along faster. Announcer was trying to but didnt seem like he had some in back pushing the kids along .

It was posted as the Kenai peninsula state fair, but should have said arts and craft show. There were several good food trucks and product vendors, but that was pretty much where it ended. We went expecting to see the typical rows of rides for our child to choose from, but they were pretty much nonexistent. And the highlight which was supposed to be there rodeo was postponed an hour, so we finally just left, very disappointed.
