Amazing work. Would love to thank the amazing crew at this shop for the fast turn around of my string trimmer. Did an amazing job at a great cost. Brought trimmer in for some issues and they explained what they did on it and even bagged the old lets to show what they replaced. Professional, fast and dependable. Very Knowledgeable in saw repair. Spent a half hour on the phone with me explaining what was wrong with my saw and how to replace the oil seals. Gave me a great price on parts so I could fix myself and save money when I couldn't afford to have the shop fix it. Very thankful and respectful for folks who lend a hand and are about helping others and not just running a business

These guys are amazing! Great customer service, top notch knowledge, and always have the parts I needed in stock with great prices. Helped me with some saw issues and taught me a few things about the saws. I wished I would have purchased here to begin with, but my next saw or weeder will be at their store.

Couldn't have been more pleased. I have two Husqvarna chainsaws (a 350 and a 555) and was having problems with both. In frustration I went to Blackhawk considering buying a new Stihl to replace the 555. I did not know they worked on all brands of saws and other equipment. While I was there, they gave me $90.00 worth of very good, slightly used parts off an old saw they had in the back. That fixed my 350 for free! No Charge! A solution that got me back to sawing that same day. I left the 555 for a few days as it was in rough shape. They cleaned, sharpened, tuned and repaired the saw for $80.00. I fully expected to be paying close to $300 as I knew there were several things needing attention. I was expecting I would spend about $400 to get both saws back up and running. $80.00 for all they did was awesome! I am sure they had to have spent way more time on that 555 than they charged me. Not to mention the free parts for the other saw! I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, Blackhawk Saw Shop!
