Drove over to this Costco because my local Costco didn’t have and also ran out of items I needed. I have to say all Costco are awesome, consistent and never boring. This was the first time seeing and experiencing membership card scanning when entering.

Car and foot traffic are much better since the other store open. 90% staff are great and very helpful, with an exception of a young skinny tall Caucasian girl with pony tail. She gives a vibe of something “different”. Perhaps she is new to the store？ The store is 9 out of 10.

Significantly less busy and more easily accessible now that the Pleasanton Costco is open.

4/5 - Employees insist on using forklifts to move small and lightweight pallets on floor level during busy hours. A pallet jack would be safer and require less closing of various sections.

I need to commend Logan from sales as he went above and beyond for my experience. I really wanted this certain comforter set and then I called the store and they told me that they don’t inventory by color so they weren’t sure if they had my color. I then came into the store and asked Logan to help me find the comforter set and he then found it on the top rack of the storage. He then proceeded to get a forklift to bring the box down and there they were! The exact item that I wanted. I am so grateful for his efforts and I continue to love Costco every time I come.

Costco! The staff offers kind service, making every visit a pleasure. The abundance of parking spaces and the well-thought-out parking layout make it hassle-free to get in and out. The best time to come here is 1 hour before they close. There is easy parking and nowhere near the same crowds that you find during the day. Great price on gas, and even though the lines look long, it goes pretty fast. Again, go towards the very end of the day to skip the crowds and crazy people.

Worst experience at membership counter, issue with renewal and folks here were either just too exhausted or frustrated dont know, only the old lady there was good rest all who were there were just too annoying. Even the lines are just too long when coming out not sure what they check in receipt, i am sure its impossible to count and verify every item still they make it seen like they are too vigilant. Experience here just degraded a lot in last 6 months.
