This is the worst ISP I have ever had and I move regularly around the country for work. I signed up for a three month free promotion (advertisement on the store window) and was later told I signed up a day before the promotion started. That was after the store representative and a customer service rep told me that I was good until November. The service goes in and out all the time. For the nearly $200/month I pay, it not worth. I also hate the fact that the speed 1GB download and 25mb upload. I have been with other providers that were 1GB up/down. I wish there was another provider for my area. The only reason this company still operates is because of the monopoly they have for certain areas. Totally worthless.

GCI will scam you unapologetically. Avoid at all costs. We moved into a new home and attempted to sign up for "Faster+" internet to bundle wifi with our existing GCI line. GCI assured us we could "port in" the prepaid line, and they did. Except they failed to close the default line included with Faster+. They billed this as an "add on" and provided a matching holiday discount to cover the fact they were billing us for two lines. Then, when the holiday offer expired, they declined to refund us for the unused phone line claiming it was my job to catch their scam. Jokes on me, I guess. Enjoy the $200 bucks. I'll happily look elsewhere on principle.

I cancelled my internet service on June 6th in person and turned in the equipment. I received an email saying they had not received the equipment on July 2nd. I called customer service which was not even in this country, I was told to call back in a couple of weeks. I requested something sent to me showing I turned in the equipment in via email. The worst service of all my years with any business. I asked to speak with Maureen Moore who is the Senior VP of Customer Experience of course that was not possible.

Absolute worst internet provider I’ve ever had. I pay $200 a month for internet that hardly works and cuts out randomly constantly. DO NOT USE THEM

Horrible service. I came to return a phone that came pre scratched and the lady said she couldn’t take it back and had a whole attitude. Worst experience ever. I hope she chokes

They don't tell you in the web sit they will be closing at 6 but close at four so how is it they can hold up Business without letting their customers in valued people know even when calling customer service, which is answered by a different country. They tell us yes the stores are open not a good experience for customers to come in and get their service needed.
