I contacted the company and left a voicemail which was return the following day. I made an appointment to have them look at my roof which was made for 4pm the next day. I was outside waiting for the roofer to show before 4pm and waited till 4:30 and he did not show or call. I then received a call at about 4:55pm stating he was on his way and be there in a few minutes. He showed up 25 minutes later. We went through everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed. He then gave me a verbal quote. I waited a week to get the actual quote via email, it was missing specific items that were discussed that needed to be replaced, such as 2 damaged skylights and was over $1000 more than what we discussed. I emailed back questioning the missing items and never received a reply back.

Edit: our roof still leaks in the same spot, and we wwre told he'd come out and look at it but he never showed. After several times being ghosted we gave up.

We tried multiple companies in sierra vista trying to get a leak fixed, and after thousands of dollars in repairs the roof was still leaking. Our relator suggested "Look Us roofing" and we figured we'd give them a try. The gentleman that worked at our house was very nice with our pesky kids and dogs, the cost was the most affordable out of the different companies we've hired.

Took forever to finish our roof, more than six months. Would randomly show up, do an hour of work and then we wouldn't see them again for another week or two. Cut electrical and cable wires without talking to me or my wife about it and tried to cover it up.
