Wine tasting is $20 for a variety of 5 wines. Wines were ok. Not great or terrible. Service was ok as well. Small tasting room with indoor and outdoor seating. Been in the area many times and it's never busy. Overall, nothing to write home about

Went in to pick up my wine club bottles. I stayed for a quick tasting of what was in the box. All so good. And had an interesting conversation with James who was pouring today. Such a great relaxing 30 minutes.

Unfortunately when if first experienced this winery I though very highly of the business and their wine. Enough so that after a second visit I joined their wine club.

Over the last year or two I have noticed a decrease in both their wine quality (although that can be subjective and personal preference can change) but more importantly their customer service. I was not impressed with the customer service the last few time I was in the tasting room it appears once they have sold you the wine club membership they focus their attention on those who they are hopping to sell the wine club to.

I finally decided I would cancel after driving out to Livermore to pick up my club wine, during regular business hours and they were closed.

I then emailed and called Occasio several times over the course of a few months to ask them to cancel my membership with no response. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows their complete lack of customer service.

This is unfortunate because this use to be one of the two Livermore wineries that I would recommend to people regularly.

The owner responded on social media but still would not call me. I was finally able to reach an employee who said he would refund the amounts for the wine that had not been picked up. After checking he only refunded a small portion.

The staff here is wonderful. The owner discussed each wine in detail with us and treated me as if we had been best friends for years! There is a very homie tasting room and the head winemaker wowed us all with his expansive knowledge of wine and passion for his craft. I was truly empressed. I would give this place six stars if I could!
