Easy trip from Kenai to Anchorage Ak. Clerk messed up reservations. But they did get them corrected when I notified them of the error
Good thing I called to confirm times when I did or we would have had a problem. Flight is good but pricey for a 20 minute trip.

This is a great company, I have been flying to kenai and back to anchorage for the last ( years for work. They make the 3 hour drive a 25 min flight. They are operating every day and there is usually multiple flights to many Alaska cities and villages. I appreciate the discounts, you Also get Alaska airlines miles, which is a bonus! Nice planes, very clean and comfortable. Pilots are solid never have I felt unsafe in the 5 years I have used them. The flight attendants are always smiling and giving me cookies!!!!! Lol, I will continue to use there services. Thanks Raven!!! Did I mention the views are breath taking!!!

Extremely unreliable! I’ve booked a dozen times with Ravn and I’d say 50% have been cancelled or rescheduled. This time they moved me to an earlier flight that leaves before my incoming flight is scheduled to land.

Previously they cancelled my flight 15 minutes before takeoff and of course it was the last flight of the day. Needless to say I didn’t make my connecting flight out of anchorage. They wouldn’t even refund my return flight and would only give me a voucher.

Ravn called us and asked if we were going to be on time. We said yes, ravn said that's 40 minutes before departure. We said we will be there at 730 flight leaves at 8 she said fine we walked in at 732. She said you are to late you said you would be here at 730. We said it's 732 she said that's not 730 now is it. The answere is you missed your flight. We sat and stared at our plane 50 feet away for 28 minutes. Missed our connecting flight and put us a day late. Lisa at the counter could not have cared less. Kenia and grant were fully booked the ravn planes were not even half full. Word is out very poor service.

Zero star airline. Do not book. Do not offer them your business they need to get out of Alaska for good. Bankrupt once and now they are back to the same exact style of business, cancel flights hours before they fly with no reasonable offer to rebook to make connecting flights in Anchorage. Complete lack of customer service from booking agents who offered me Grant Aviation and Kenai Aviation phone numbers. Call them to start and save yourself some hassle.

The two stars are for the cookie and good attitude from employees. Otherwise statistically have been late almost every time I’ve flown. Cancelled flights and have had times where they wouldn’t let me on the plane with still 25 minutes until the flight leaves. Even if the flight was delayed they still wouldn’t let me check in. Something Grant does not do. My suggestion is check with Grant first unless you’re forced to fly with them.
