So i came in contact with Sterk Talent via email ,
i had a whats app interview the same day,
and immediately after that they had a job for me.

They got me a job in one of the biggest logistics company in Netherlands, since i work as a professional truck driver.
During my moving to Amsterdam they also guided me with different issues i was facing at the time , since a lot of things where new to me.

I am running my 4 month working for Sterk Talent and i can say
that they are
Efficient , Well Organized , and Instant.

My experience was good from day one to this day,
if i needed something i just contacted my agent,

Rare uitzendbureau want als je een slechte recensie geeft blijven ze vragen deze te verwijderen ipv hier een leer uit te trekken.
Een negatieve review betekend dat er werk aan de winkel is en zeker als deze recensie op waarheden berust is.
Ik ben niet iemand wie met modder wilt gooien maar na maanden vragen om een review te verwijderen is toch een beetje vreemd.
Dat uitzendkrachten moeten wachten op loon omdat het onderling niet goed is geregeld met de klant is uiteindelijk niet het probleem van de uitzendkracht maar dat van uit jullie. Met voorschotten werken is per definitie in de uitzendbranche belachelijk want de uitzendkracht heeft een contract met jullie en niet met de klant.
Met verschillende pay/back office werken is net zo belachelijk want het is gewoon onduidelijk voor instanties waar ww uiteindelijk wordt aangevraagd want voor hun is het niet zichtbaar dat diegene heeft gewerkt voor 1 en de zelfde bedrijf.

Raad ik deze uitzend onderneming aan dan is mijn antwoordt Nee.
Wil ik over mijn review benaderd worden door deze uitzend onderneming om deze te verwijderen dan is het ook nee.

Trek een leer uit dit review zodat je wel eerlijke 5 sterren reviews krijgt.
