We are so pleased with Superman. The men they sent were perfect gentleman and extremely helpful. They were great with communicating and listening to what I needed done. Everything was loaded up without any issues. Nothing was broken. Delivery went very smoothly as well. The last movers we had did a horrible job and broke furniture so this was very refreshing. Thank you so much! We will be using you again if we need anything moved.

I trusted them with every single item I owned and they destroyed it all AND my new home. Left me with 65K worth of damage. With each item they broke, they swore their insurance would cover it and they’d help me. I fought with the claims department for 8 months asking for only a small portion of the lost value and they offered me $250. I took it all the way to the top and they said it was my own fault for not submitting a personal renter’s insurance claim 8 months ago. Highly recommend if you’d like to start your new life in shambles. (Bonus: your boxes and clothes will show up smelling like cigarette smoke, too!)

NEVER USE!! I have used Superman a few times, the first few were a positive experience but This last time they moved a ton of office furniture, and not cheap stuff. The moving team absolutely thrashed the furniture and their “insurance pays 10 cents per pound” which equates to less than 10% of the actual replacement value for damage. I’m ok with an accident but this was pure negligence and disregard for covering anything. I had to help the moving team after watching them sitting around and then watching them literally throw my stuff into the trucks. Tons of blankets available but decided not to use them which meant scratching almost every desk with the dolly, forcing couches through door ways and scratching the leather and wood accenting, sliding furniture across other pieces, piling it up likes it’s going to the dump. I have 4 damaged desks, one conference table, one glass top desk, and two damaged leather couches and I haven’t even unpacked the rest. I’m expecting more damage just by the way it was thrown into our storage room. After calling multiple times I just got the run around by staff and zero outreach. You would expect some type of communication on how terrible my experience was, but zero call backs. I would steer clear of this company unless you want your business/home dinged on the way in or out and your stuff damaged. Plenty of much better local moving businesses that actually want your business. 100% would avoid

Outstanding service from the first phone call requesting a move out in Fairbanks. The company was going to be in Fairbanks so they talked to the team and got me in. The crew was amazing . Professional yet not stuffy . They were so careful with my furniture. They delivered the furniture to my new home and set it up, they put my sliders under the furniture. The 3 man crew were personable .
They asked to play music while they worked and it made for a very fun 5 hours . i would totally hire them again and highly recommend them. Thank you so much.

I had a flood in my lower level and had to have everything moved out very quickly and stored until the source of the water was repaired. I had it all delivered back to my house yesterday. John, Johnny and Champ did a great job and even adjusted things after I decided I wanted a different placement. The communication was great from the pickup, the storage, up to the delivery back. I would not hesitate to use them again. They were so responsive and professional in a difficult time!

Every time I have moved, I have used Superman. The team is always quick, careful, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. They recently had a promo where they collected items and took them to the dump, which I took advantage of. The same team that moved me into my home came to remove my old furniture. It was awesome to have that realization and a good laugh with them. Their professionalism is outstanding and I will never use another company for big moves! Thank you Superman!!

I contacted Superman Moving & Storage, LCC, for moving Commercial-grade freezer into my shop back in October. All I can say is how grateful I’ am for the excellent service I’ve received from the Superman Team.
As a business operator I believe;
Professionalism, Great communication skills, sincere customer service, and efficient work ethics are the foundation of successful business - and Superman did exactly all those.
Ms. Christel was patient, understanding, and respectful with all my difficult requests & 5 gentlemen (Mr. Red, Mr. Mio, Mr. Done, Mr. Johnny, & Mr. Ben) who came to move my freezer into my shop… just simply tremendously completed their tasks. They had all the tools, strengths, and strategies to move the giant freezer neither causing any damages nor problems along with perfect time management!
I would definitely contact Superman Moving & Storage again for my business or moving personal items when I need their help.
