Had a very rough start to trying to get a new mule from Team CC. Once I got through dealing with the initial salesperson things got alot better. Finally got the machine and communication has been much better. Thank you to Stan the operations manager for getting involved and trying to fix the relationship, that goes a long way in my book .

I took a new Sea Doo Spark to Team CC that my son had run up on shore and it wasn't working properly. I figured the watercraft would be in the shop for a couple weeks at least, because of how busy they were. When I got there it was 5:45pm the mechanic came out plugged into the watercraft and found a vacuum line had just popped off, he plugged the line back in and by 5:50 I was on my way back to the lake. They did not charge me for a service that was caused by my sons doing, that is why I will continue to purchase products from Team CC as well as recommend them.

Really bad customer service. Manager and new employee.. been bringing my atv to this shop repair for 5 year and never had any problems before, but now I'm giving them a 1 star since they been ignoring my request and delaying to fix my atv. Came by and they toke some part out and say that it didnt came with it what liars and they found the parts.

Bought two new sleds from Chad. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I left feeling satisfied that I got a good deal and made a friend. Even after the sale Chad was there to help. He came out to the house to check the lug nuts on the trailer and make sure all was safe for my wife while I was away at work. That is great customer service

Update: This morning I was contacted by Team CC Owner, and am very happy to report that he was very supportive, positive, honest in wanting to resolve the issues that i have had, and it was very much welcomed on my part, and greatly appreciated. I'm taking the bike back later this week when I'm in Anchorage to see the VA.

I do want to ad one more thing, having led many companies in the past myself, making a mistake is going to happen, so even though i had an issue with a service i received, the most important thing is how you deal with it, and I can tell you, having the owner pick the phone up and call me directly is Top Notch, and having been the one who had to make calls like that in the past myself is humbling and i really appreciate it - and that is the reason i will continue to do business with Team CC.

This shop replaced the fork seals on my versys in about 3 weeks, which is pretty quick considering their staff all got covid and were out for a week and a half. They did a good job
