I've worked with them for several months now. Not once has anyone answered the phone during business hours, and in order to get any response, I've had to drive 30 minutes to the office.

This place is a joke. I applied for multiple applications and no one answers the phones, the app that they uses doesn’t work all that well. Apply thru the app, you’ll get a processing error call the office. Call the office and no one pickup. That is bad customer service for those that are in the area that is looking for work. This my first time applying there. Bad experience won’t be back

Absolutely hated the experience. Firstly they did help out, as soon as I had something come up I was accused of things, I was called names, laughed at on the phone, and had them share personal details while using my name in front of several people. Very unprofessional. Very rude.

I like the fact they get you work but they barely answer the phones and it can be during working hours...I kalled from 7:50am-3:56
pm nonestop I even left messages...whats going on...I kno the call volume aint that high everyday

Send resume in to them. When I called they said position had been filled. Next day the one on JFK called and wanted me to come in for the same position.
